Drive-in Fun

Tim made cars out of boxes with the girls on Saturday. They thought that was loads of fun. They have doors and headlights and everything on them. Then they watched a drive-in movie.

They all took a trip to Artic Circle in their cars to get ice cream. Then they played on the "playground" which was the couch. I'm glad the girls have a dad that is willing to play their pretend games with them. It endears me to him even more than I already am!

  2. NO WAY - we totally did this when we were little!! My Dad made us little cardboard cars, plastic cups for headlights, little steering wheels, we could even kick our legs through the front of the 'tires' to stretch our legs out. I think we did it for a ward thing, but we played with those for weeks afterwards! Eating pixie stix and drinking pop...good times! We also painted waves on the outside of bigger ones for boats - just an idea! I love that you guys did this, what a fun thing! I'm copying...

And yes, we DO need to get together!!
